Broker – Treaty, Facultative & FacilitiesLocation: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Join our Reinsurance Broking team and work across Treaty and Facultative placements, with opportunities to support the development and management of MGA and reinsurance facilities as the business grows.
The Role:
The Broker will be responsible for analysing clients’ reinsurance needs and supporting Treaty and Facultative placements across various classes of business, including preparing submissions, engaging markets, and negotiating terms and conditions. The role also involves supporting MGA and reinsurance facility development. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with an interest in structured solutions and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse client reinsurance needs and risk exposures
- Support Treaty and Facultative placements across various classes
- Prepare submissions and engage suitable reinsurance markets
- Negotiate terms, pricing, capacity and placement conditions
- Support the development and management of MGA and reinsurance facilities
- Coordinate placements from enquiry through completion
What Do You Need To Have:
- Experience or strong interest in insurance or reinsurance broking
- Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of Treaty and/or Facultative reinsurance is an advantage
- Interest in developing structured solutions, facilities and new business opportunities
- Proactive, commercially minded and relationship-driven

Claims ExecutiveLocation: Labuan or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Join our Claims team and support the management of reinsurance claims from notification through recovery, working closely with clients, reinsurers and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and effective claim outcomes
The Role:
The Claims Executive will review claim notifications, supporting documents, and reinsurance coverage, and coordinate claim submissions to reinsurers, following up on approvals and recoveries. The role involves liaising with clients, reinsurers, and loss adjusters, and maintaining accurate claims records. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review claim notifications, supporting documents and reinsurance coverage
- Prepare and coordinate claim submissions to reinsurers
- Follow up on claim updates, approvals and recoveries
- Liaise with clients, reinsurers, loss adjusters and other relevant parties
- Maintain accurate claims records and monitor outstanding matters
- Support resolution of complex or disputed claims where required

- Good analytical, communication and documentation skills
